Plant & Practice was created with one thing in mind: helping women navigate “the second half” while crushing their fitness goals and doing it in a way that is compassionate toward every living thing.
I stepped into bodybuilding at the age of 50 with one goal in mind: get stronger, stay healthy for the long haul, and do it in a way that aligns with my values. When I shifted my focus to building real muscle while fueling my body through a plant-based lifestyle, everything changed. I felt stronger, more capable, and more in control of what my body could do, and that lit a fire in me that I want every woman to experience. If this is you, I hope you see this and think, “I can do that too!” Because you can. You can build muscle, reshape your body, and go after big fitness goals in an exciting and compassionate way.
